Weigh in Wednesday

I had to weigh myself twice yesterday. I have lost 2 pounds since last week! Believe it or not, it was easy!

I have got my mind set in the right place. I have not been eating ice cream every night, but, have been exercising everyday! It is really starting to pay off now. The best part is, I feel so much better!!!

I want to motivate you to start "living your best life." I know it is what Oprah says, but, once you get your mind in the positive state you will achieve. Maybe it's not about loosing weight for you. Maybe you need to quit smoking or eat healthier. There are always positive change that we think about and it stops there.

Let me a comment with what change you want to achieve. You can do it, think positive!

Redbox is conveniently located near you. Visit their website here to sign up. During the sign up process you will need to provide them with a credit card number. They will charge your card accordingly. You will receive a text message every Monday with a code. You enter the code during checkout and if you return the movie the following evening by 9, it's FREE!
