Save original cash register receipt. Print rebate form here and complete coupon in its entirety with your name, address, city, state, zip, and store where you purchased your Blue Rhino tankReturn completed coupon and original receipt in a stamped envelope before January 31, 2010, to the following address:

Allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing. Limit 1 per household per calendar year.
